Movie Review- Pacific Rim- A Must Watch This Season

Well, I had a great week off, a tamil movie on Saturday and today this pacific Rim. Singam 2 was a complete paisa barbady film and this one a complete paisa vasool.

I like this movie - perhaps expecting more games and rides to get on Universal studios Singapore. one of the best rides I actually have ever got in this life. This film takes you to a distinct world a ten year futuristic one.

Pacific Rim nervily disses Transformers within the gap scene – slightly ungracious treatment of a movie franchise to that it's indebted. It might even have wished to pre-emptively stamp its massive metal foot on the recent Hugh Jackman film Real Steel, with the same story concerning battling robots. That was pretty ropey, however within the circle of Pacific Rim, it really features a quite retiring modesty, and at least tried, in its way, to make real human sympathy.

When legions of monstrous creatures, called Kaiju, started rising from the ocean, a war began that may take several lives and consume humanity's resources for years on finish.

There's no denying the visual genius of this project. Right from the first scene, to the top credits there's superb attention to detail.

Background score is in set with the action scenes and takes the drama to new heights of grandeur.

Check out the trailer below.

Singam 2- Too Much Unnecessary Roar.

Singam mania all over. The movie has got a grand opening all over the world. Surya fans were eagerly waiting to watch Surya roaring as an Indian cop again. The Hari-directed action thriller had high expectations from the day one.
Been to this movie yesterday, well this movie is an OK-OK movie for me.

As expected, it is a mass entertainer for Surya fans.Clearly.Even though Suriya shines in his role, there is hardly any noticeable contribution from the rest of the cast. In fact, most characters hardly have any purpose .Hansika has sidelined Anushka and she has all the possibilities of grabbing the award for Best Supporting Role for her performance in it. Anuska's acting was bad. Surya makes this as an one man show. I can compare this film with Dabangg 2 - A Film just made because the pre-sequel was a hit.
This is in brief what we get to see in the highly anticipated sequel, which is not even half as good as its prequel.

Hari directs Singam 2 without a soul. He desperately tries to make the sequel a better film than its prequel, but eventually fails in the process. Devi Sri Prasad's music is passe. The background score misses energy.
I would pray Rohit shetty not to do this sequel in hindi.

Cast: Suriya, Hansika Motwani, Anushka Shetty, Santhanam, Vivek, Radha Ravi, Nasser, K. Vishwanath, Mukesh Rishi, Danny Sapani, Anjali and Rahman;
